White Fir for Inflammation

Well, with so much going on, I got a little off track from our Therapeutic Essential Oils for pain. Well, back on track. The 4th Essential Oil on our 7 Essential Oils for pain is White Fir.

Therapeutic Grade White Fir Essential Oil is beneficial for alleviating pain due to inflammation and can also be used in massage to help relieve discomfort associated with exercised muscles. White Fir also has antiseptic properties so it can also inhibit the growth of bacteria.

Application: Dilute by adding 10-12 drops of White Fir with a carrier oil (a vegetable or base oil) such as almond, sunflower or olive oil. You can also dilute with an unscented massage oil and massage the diluted White Fir Essential Oil into affected areas.

Buy Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils from Young Living. Young Living has the highest quality therapeutic essential oils available on the market.

Note: The Use of Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil is a MUST for maximum effectiveness. However, possible skin sensitivity could occur so should always be diluted with a carrier oil. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Do not use near fire, flame, heat or sparks.

What Do You See Wednesdays

I decided to start something new on Wednesdays. While I will continue to offer useful information and other content, I'd like to begin what I'm calling "What Do You See Wednesdays." The plan is to post a photo every Wednesday that I want you to look at carefully and tell me what you see. Everyone will have a different reaction of course because it won't just be a photo of a house or something but it will be an abstract photo. There are no right or wrong answers but I welcome everyone to comment (respectfully) on why you think someone is seeing an image one way vs. the way you may see it. Make sense? Don't worry it will in time.

The purpose of these "What Do You Sees" is to get people to really take a look at their perspectives and how they view things. Some people look at a glass half empty and some half full so to speak. The interesting thing is many people don't even realize if they are focusing on the negative vs. the positive side of life.

Oh and just for humoring me, I'll be offering complimentary information products, e-books etc. for those who respond with a thorough and complete response within 24 hours of the post each week. No junk replies please. They will be disregarded.

Today's complimentary product is an e-book you will find filled with useful information to help you make it through the summer. I will send you the e-book within 24 hours of your reply. Here is your first image:

Pine Essential Oil for Pain

I hope you had a happy independence day this weekend. My family visited a vendor fair in NYC for the day and then we had a BBQ on Sunday. It was very relaxing and peaceful which brings me to my next post...

The third essential oil in our "7 Essential oils for Pain Relief" series is therapeutic grade pine essential oil. Hippocrates, the father of Western medicine was one of the first to evaluate the properties of Pine. It has been discovered that Pine is a natural analgesic and a very effective natural remedy for joint pain associated with rheumatism and arthritis.

A testament to the effectiveness of pine for pain relief can be attributed to that of the Swiss. In Switzerland, mattresses are filled with pine needles to help ease pain associated with rheumatism. Oh and how about this. . . Native Americans used pine needles in their mattresses to repel lice and fleas - another benefit of pine.

Pine has a refreshing and invigorating aroma so while you are experiencing its analgesic properties, you can enjoy it's aromatic fragrance. It shares many of the same properties as Eucalyptus globulus essential oil and the action of both oils is enhanced when they are blended.
