In further examining stress and it's effects on life, it's important to identify certain behaviors that could potentially identify stress in your life:
- A lack of concentration
- Anger
- Irritability
- Insomnia / sleep disorders
- Nervousness
- Fear and phobias
- Eating Disorders
- Erratic behavior (ex: crying for no reason)
- Taking drugs, drinking, illicit sexual activity
- Feelings of betrayal
- Feeling ashamed
- Guilty feelings
- Loneliness
