Organizing Your Life for Sanity

You've heard it before and you will hear it again and again.  At least until you tell me, "Michelle, stop!  I'm there. I'm organized and loving it!"  Ok, the chances of that happening for EVERY subscriber and follower of this blog is slim right? Sooooo, I will keep on sharing and providing information that helps you to reduce stress in your life and a big one is Disorganization.

It doesn't matter if you work inside or outside of the home, organizing your life will help you in every area.  At work and at home.  So consider the month of February here at the Stress and Alternative Pain Relief Blog, your "Guide to Organizing"  That will be our focus.
A few months back, I shared information on organizing particular areas of your home such as your closet and your drawers.  I want to pick this topic back up because a tidy home, workspace etc. provides relief for clutter free thinking and a clutter free spirit.

So, What Is Organizing Your Life All About?

It may seem like a simple saying, "Just get organize."  but it's actually more difficult than you think.  It's easy to put things in certain places but keeping them there and putting things in their proper places based on a system that's based on WHO YOU ARE is the tough part.

For the whole month of February, I want to provide you with extensive tools, information and organizing clutter tips to make your life easier through organization so you can stress less and keep your sanity!  Stay tuned for Thursday's post as we delve deeper into creating your Guide to Organizing.  At the end of the month, I'll put it all together for you in my favorite freebie format...layman's terms.

  1. I like to think of myself as an organized person although sometimes "stuff" just becomes organized chaos until I get to it. I really believe and stress to my family that if you put everything back where it belongs as soon as you're done with it then it won't get lost and it keeps things neat and "organized." Of course implementing that simple thing is a lot more difficult than it sounds and ultimately I am the one searching for misplaced items. I do, however, persist and hope that someday they'll get it! Looking forward to reading the tools that you will provide. Thank you and enjoy!

  2. It's so true that putting things back once using them will keep things organized but hey how many people do that all the time right?

Organizing goes deeper than just being neat and putting things back. I've discovered in my own life that there's a mindset that needs to be changed in order to really get organized.
