So, here we are in 2009. I can not believe we are almost to 2010.
With the close of another year is a time for new beginnings. Forgeting things that are behind and pressing forward to a brighter future. Well, of course your future won't be too bright if you live in the past. I think that people stress themselves out by holding on to old "junk"
Bishop TD Jakes once said, "Most people have an affair with their junk. People who are always saving things for a rainy day are having an affair with shoulda, could, woulda." Man, that's powerful. Think of all the stress you can avoid by just getting rid of your shoulda, coulda, woulda's?
I hope that in 2009, people will look at the fact that they are still alive (many didn't make it), still healthy (many got a bad diagnosis), and still employed (many, MANY were laid off) and take a moment and think of a cause to pause.
That's it. I'm out. Hit me up if you want to be a positive individual. If you want to be a stresser, keep stressing! Sometimes, it's your choice. Peace
